The very first day our eyes crossed, my body told me something about you. You see, we do not often know how to speak our bodies' language, but it is undeniable that my soul recognized yours. At that time, I was still putting my pieces together, and that held me back. But that's fine. Time has its own way of happening, and we needed to learn more from each other.

Our lunch conversations started, and then our car ride home. I first perceived how kind of a person you are, how you observe people around you, and how you often offer them support. It's natural and without any expectation of getting something back. You even get surprised when someone does something nice for you. I hope you know how much you deserve, and I'm here for any time you forget.

Weeks passed, and we started to build some deep trust by sharing our pasts struggles. Life hasn't always been easy, and somehow, we found a safe space in each other to open up. Our conversations turned into deep reflections, and we began to learn and inspire each other. The more I discovered about you, the more attractive you became to me. One day, you asked about my art and the way your eyes shone while I was answering took me back to the first feeling when we met.

I didn't know what to do with all of that. I was scared of falling in love, but my heart didn't care and kept me moving towards you more and more. Luckily, you felt the same way and asked me out.

You see, it is not easy to find love in this world. It is even harder to find someone who shares your ideal of love, has similar values, and dreams as big. I very much desired to find someone like you, and you are here now. I am so grateful that my eyes are watering.

Now is the beginning of our chapter, as the Book of Symbols wisely confirmed. I am incredibly excited to walk this journey with you. I know you will be holding my hand, and I hope you know I will be doing the same.

That finding each other doesn't make us lose ourselves, but grounding our true selves so we can flourish alongside our big dreams.
